CrossJobs: Cameroon's Job Search and Recruitment Platform

CrossJobs is Intelso's job aggregator and recruitment platform for Cameroon and the wider region. Instead of forcing job seekers to check dozens of company career pages and job boards one by one, CrossJobs scours the web continuously and brings every opening into a single, searchable, always-up-to-date list.

The platform runs on Django with a background robot that scans ten job sites on a schedule, and it keeps growing beyond a simple listing tool. Employers who post directly get applications routed and, where an email address can be detected in the listing, CrossJobs can even proxy the application (CV and cover letter) straight to them.
